Two New Businesses at NTRA

The North Texas Regional Airport, the Denison Development Alliance, the Sherman Economic Development Corporation and Grayson County will be announcing two new businesses on Tuesday morning shortly after the Grayson County Commissioners convene at 10 a.m.

Contingent on the commissioners approving a building lease at the airport, Texas Turbines, of Celina, will become the latest tenant and the first on the west side of the airport. The company retrofits airplanes with different motors and will relocate to NTRA if everything is approved.

U.S. Aviation, a flight school, has been on the airport grounds for a few weeks, but wanted to complete some internal business before announcing their move to NTRA, according to Tony Kaai, DDA president.

Officials from both businesses and the four county entities will be at the Commissioner's Courtroom in the Grayson County Courthouse for the announcements. Details to follow in a future posting.
